Canna Sour Cream Pecan Coffee Cake

Nothing says brunch like a homemade coffee cake!   

This cannabis-infused Sour Cream Coffee Cake is not only incredibly EASY to make, but it’s also absolutely delicious! You won’t be able to stop at just one piece of this ultra-moist coffee cake filled and topped with cinnamon pecan streusel.

Crumb:

  1. 1 ½ cups pecans, finely chopped
  2. ⅓ cup white sugar
  3. ⅓ cup packed light brown sugar
  4. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  5. ⅛ teaspoon salt
  6. 3 tablespoons melted butter

Cake:

  1. 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
  2. ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
  3. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  4. ¾ teaspoon baking soda
  5. 1/4 cup butter (room temp)
  6. 1/4 cup cannabutter (room temp)
  7. 1/2 cup white sugar
  8. 1/2 cup canna sugar
  9. 2 large eggs (room temp)
  10. 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  11. 1 cup sour cream (room temp)
