Canna Strawberry, Lemon Glazed Rolls

Dough:

1 package Quick Rise Yeast
1/2 cup warm water (between 110-120°F)
1/2 cup scalded milk
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup cannabutter
2 Tbs. butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 large egg
3 cups all-purpose flour

Filling:

2 cups fresh or frozen strawberry’s cut into small pieces
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 Tbs. clear jel or 1 tbls corn starch
2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Glaze:

2 tbs. butter
1 tbs. cannabutter
1/2 cup. cream cheese (room temp)
2 cups powdered sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
Lemon zest from 1 lemon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
2-4 tsp. milk to thin if needed.
