Royal Icing:

2 large pasteurized egg whites
2-3 cups confectioners’ sugar (use more for stiffer icing, less for thinner)
2 teaspoons lemon juice

Ingredients:

1 cup butter softened or 3/4 cup butter, 1/4 cup cannabutter
1 cup granulated sugar or 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup canna sugar
Pinch of fine salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 large egg
3 cups all-purpose flour or 23/4 cup all purpose flour, 1/4 cup canna flour
1 tablespoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Sprinkles, candies and colored sugar can be used to decorate.

Double Royal Icing:

4 large egg whites
3 to 4 cups confectioners sugar
1 tbls. lemon juice
