Cannabis-Infused Oats

Good Day Everyone! Coming at you with a really quick and easy breakfast, cannabis-infused Oatmeal!  I am a big fan of old-fashioned oats, throw in some fresh fruit, and have a nice fiber-rich, healthy breakfast.  Infusing it with a little Marijuana is a great start to the day.  Oatmeal is another one of those foods with many variations and possibilities.  Personally, I like old-fashioned oats, I feel they are the most versatile.  Not a fan of the instant packets, usually those are like 90% sugar (well maybe not that much, but you get my point).

Oats are among the healthiest grains on earth. They’re a gluten-free whole grain and a great source of important vitamins, minerals, fiber, and antioxidants.

Studies show that oats and oatmeal have many health benefits that include weight loss, lower blood sugar levels, and a reduced risk of heart disease.

1 Serving
* 1/2 cup oats
* 1 cup water or milk
* Dash of salt (optional; for low sodium diets, omit salt)
* a dollop of cannabutter



  1. Boil water or milk and salt.
  2. Stir in oats.
  3. Cook about 5 minutes over medium heat; stir occasionally.


  1. Combine water or milk, salt, and oats in a medium microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Microwave on HIGH 2 1/2 to 3 minutes; stir before serving.
