Good Day Everyone! Coming at you with a really quick and easy breakfast, cannabis-infused Oatmeal! I am a big fan of old-fashioned oats, throw in some fresh fruit, and have a nice fiber-rich, healthy breakfast. Infusing it with a little Marijuana is a great start to the day. Oatmeal is another one of those foods with many variations and possibilities. Personally, I like old-fashioned oats, I feel they are the most versatile. Not a fan of the instant packets, usually those are like 90% sugar (well maybe not that much, but you get my point).

- Boil water or milk and salt.
- Stir in oats.
- Cook about 5 minutes over medium heat; stir occasionally.
- Combine water or milk, salt, and oats in a medium microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave on HIGH 2 1/2 to 3 minutes; stir before serving.
