Today I address some of the differences between Sativas and Indica Strains!

First, I talk about the physical differences between the plants. An Indica plant has a short and bushier stature with short-wider leaves. A Sativa plant, by contrast, is taller and slimmer in build with longer and thinner leaves.
I also talk about some general differences between the effects of Indica and Sativa. Cannabis Sativas are known for their heady highs and invigorating, energizing effects that can help reduce anxiety or stress and increase creativity and focus.
Whereas, Indicas tend to be typically associated with full-body effects, such as increasing deep relaxation and the reduction of insomnia.
