How To Make Canna Salt Water Taffy

All of my friends and family will attest that I have one of the biggest sweet tooths around. My friends and family will also attest that I love to consume marijuana. It’s amazing to see that both of those worlds have collided in the Diamond Delight Edibles video which walks us through how to make marijuana taffy. This could cause a vicious cycle if you are like me because you will eat the taffy to get high, then get the munchies, which leads to eating more taffy…I think it’s a good dilemma to have though! How to make canna saltwater taffy.


  1. 1/2 cup canna sugar
  2. 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  3. 1/4 cup canna syrup
  4. 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  5. 1/2 cup water
  6. 1 tbs cannabutter
  7. 1 tbs corn starch
  8. 1/4 tsp salt
  9. Candy flavor
  10. Food color


  1. Combine canna sugar, sugar, cannabutter, canna syrup, light corn syrup water, and corn starch in a medium saucepan.
  2. Stir until the syrup begins to boil. As soon as it bubbles stop stirring and attach the candy thermometer. Cook to 255°F.
  3. Remove from heat and pour onto parchment-lined cookie sheet.
    Add color and flavor. Let cool to room temp.
  4. Cut a section of the candy and pull until it’s a solid pastel color. Roll into a rope and set on a cookie sheet for an hour. Cut into bite-size pieces and wrap in wax paper.
