How to make Cannabis Infused Candy Apples

Candy apples are a festive classic, but they’re also surprisingly easy to make at home. Who doesn’t love a crisp candy apple? The sweetness of its sticky shell and the juicy meat of your favorite fruit. Nothing could be better…  

At least that is what I thought as a child. However, as an adult, I am looking for a little more out of my snacks.  Thus enters cannabis! 

Learn how to make these tasty treats with cannabutter in your very own home. 


  1. 2 cups heavy cream (or cannamilk)
  2. 2 ¼ cups sugar (or cannasugar)
  3. 6 tablespoons Cannabutter
  4. 1 ¼ cups light corn syrup
  5. ½ teaspoon Kosher salt (or cannasalt)
  6. ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  7. 6 apples of your choice
  8. 6 crafting sticks


  1. In a large saucepan bring cream, sugar, cannabutter, and corn syrup to a boil.
  2. Stir continuously until the sugar completely dissolves.
  3. Reduce the heat to medium and stir occasionally for fifteen minutes.
  4. Rinse and dry the apples.
  5. Firmly insert the crafting sticks into each apple and set them aside on lightly greased parchment paper.
  6. Upon removing caramel from the heat, slowly stir in salt and vanilla extract.
  7. Dip the apples twice and place them on parchment paper.
  8. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
