- Strawberry puree
- Strawberry juice
- Tequila Rose Strawberry liqueur (optional)
- Gelatin
- Lecithin
- Canna Coconut Oil
Recipe
- Â 1/4 cup canna coconut oil
- 1/2 cup liquid (I mixed strawberry puree, strawberry juice, and tequila rose).just as long as there is a total liquid of 1/2 cup
- 1/2 tsp lecithin
- 1/2 tsp potassium sorbate
- 2-3 tbs gelatin (I eyeball and go by texture) if u don’t like texture u can add flavored jello
- 1/2 tsp strawberry extract
Directions
- On med, heat add coconut oil, liquid, lecithin until melted and incorporated
- Add gelatin pot sorbate and extract
- Stir on med heat for five minutes.
- Pour into molds while still hot!
- Place in freezer for 30 min.
- Air dry for 24-48 hrs
